Service Operations Consultant

Job Summary

Contributing to operational programs and processes, the fully remote Service Operations Consultant I will manage assigned tasks, support process improvement initiatives, and execute critical operational processes to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives accurately and within established timelines
• Participates in operational process improvement projects to enhance customer experience and service delivery
• Tracks individual performance and project milestones to ensure timely and effective customer outcomes

Required qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Ability to compose and communicate professionally in various formats
• Experience in evaluating operational procedures for efficiency and quality improvement
• Willingness to support the development and implementation of new processes
