Job Summary
Contributing to operational programs and processes, the fully remote Service Operations Consultant I will manage assigned tasks, support process improvement initiatives, and execute critical operational processes to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives accurately and within established timelines
- Participates in operational process improvement projects to enhance customer experience and service delivery
- Tracks individual performance and project milestones to ensure timely and effective customer outcomes
Required qualifications
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Ability to compose and communicate professionally in various formats
- Experience in evaluating operational procedures for efficiency and quality improvement
- Willingness to support the development and implementation of new processes
