Service Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to support a nationwide network of 3rd-party service organizations for Professional Laundry customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Corrective Action Plans and documentation for managing a 3rd-party service network
• Support the evaluation of opportunities to drive revenue through service and maintain service coverage across all 50 states
• Coordinate vendor relationships and assist in budget planning and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years' experience in an Operations role for a service department
• Previous experience coordinating schedules and overseeing service requests
• Understanding of software systems for tracking and managing customer queries
• Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction
