Job Summary

To drive team success and enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time Senior Solutions Manager Field Service will oversee daily operations of regional service teams, ensuring efficient support of products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of service professionals, promoting collaboration and accountability
  • Ensure exceptional customer service performance by managing daily service operations and resolving support requests efficiently
  • Oversee supplier management processes, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and compliance with contractual obligations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical service or support environment
  • At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in a service-related field
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage vendors effectively
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
