Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Operations Representative to ensure seamless service for Mid Market customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex service requests and operational issues for Mid-Market customers post-implementation
- Ensure accurate documentation and proactive management of service tickets, addressing critical requests promptly
- Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors and collaborate with internal teams to meet service requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in service resolution management and operational support
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to act independently
