Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Operations Specialist II (DQ).

Key Responsibilities

Audit driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients
Identify discrepancies and enter information into applicable systems
Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to service offerings

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
1+ years of experience in a general office setting or a combination of experience and post-secondary education
Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus
Proficient in the use of a PC and navigating multiple screens and programs
Willingness to participate in background check/fingerprinting requirements
