Job Summary

Managing complex service resolutions for Mid-Market customers, the remote Service Operations Representative will ensure seamless service post-implementation, handle operational challenges, and collaborate across teams to uphold quality standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve incoming service requests and operational issues for Mid-Market customers post-implementation
  • Ensure ticket quality control and proactive management of service requests to maintain account health
  • Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, coordinating service adherence and internal communication
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in managing complex customer service operations
  • Strong analytical skills with proven decision-making abilities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various organizational functions
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to act using sound judgment
