Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee daily tasks and workflow of a team of associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise administrative functions and manage backlog and quality for a team of Operations/Customer Service associates
  • Organize and direct service calls and case load assignments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and assist in staff selection and disciplinary actions
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Preferred call center experience
  • Management or supervisory experience in healthcare benefits or claims processing preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
  • Ability to pass standardized testing and interviews
