Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee daily tasks and workflow of a team of associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise administrative functions and manage backlog and quality for a team of Operations/Customer Service associates
- Organize and direct service calls and case load assignments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and assist in staff selection and disciplinary actions
Required Qualifications and Education
- Preferred call center experience
- Management or supervisory experience in healthcare benefits or claims processing preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
- Ability to pass standardized testing and interviews
