Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Service Optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Customer Service Specialist team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development while providing operational support for enterprise accounts
  • Continuously review and improve business processes to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a medical/dental claims operation preferred
  • Expertise in medical, dental, FSA, and HRA claim processing principles
  • Strong understanding of electronic claim transactions and healthcare code sets
  • Experience with call center operations and statistical analysis preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements including ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and COBRA
