Job Summary

Managing service orders remotely, the full-time Service Order Manager will ensure technical performance, cost control, and schedule adherence while fostering relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the successful performance of service orders, maintaining safety and quality control standards
  • Establish workflows, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and manage project progress effectively
  • Provide periodic status reports and attend team meetings to address project challenges and performance issues
Required qualifications
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in managing Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) work
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience managing DoD POL Facilities construction and/or repair projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with DelTek and CostPoint preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the work of others effectively
