Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Parts Coordinator I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation of service orders, credit orders, and written repair quotes for customers
• Process international orders and ensure compliance with global trade regulations
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and improve service processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in the medical device industry preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, multilayered work environment preferred
• Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred
