Job Summary
Leading global demand planning and supply strategies, the full-time remote Service Parts Logistics Planning Manager will oversee inventory positioning and service levels for 3rd party and internal repair centers, ensuring cost-efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global service parts demand planning process, including forecasts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Own global supply planning processes to align supply, demand, and inventory targets while driving inventory optimization strategies
- Accountable for global service parts availability, managing KPIs and implementing corrective actions to enhance service level performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in global demand planning, supply planning, or service parts logistics
- 1 year of experience managing global or multi-regional supply chain operations
- 1 year of experience with inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning principles
- Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
