Service Planner - Wind

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Service Planner - Wind, the successful candidate will prepare and organize operational activities for the Vineyard Wind Offshore Wind Farm, ensuring task readiness and effective execution of the Master Maintenance Plan while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage task readiness and operational activities, aligning with the Master Maintenance Plan and SQDC targets
• Order, track, and report on necessary parts, tools, and materials to ensure efficient workflow
• Develop and maintain planning systems and processes for Offshore Wind Maintenance, fostering a culture of continual improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Extensive experience in procurement systems and project management
• Proficiency with maintenance scheduling and scheduling software
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Familiarity with renewable operations is desirable but not essential
