Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Professional who provides exceptional service to Financial Professionals and their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a compassionate voice and problem solver for Financial Professionals and their clients
  • Advocate for policyholders by understanding their unique needs and addressing concerns promptly
  • Handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and process transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience with life insurance and/or annuities products preferred
  • Bilingual, Spanish-English, is a plus
  • Successfully complete regulatory and job training requirements
