Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Professional who provides exceptional service to Financial Professionals and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a compassionate voice and problem solver for Financial Professionals and their clients
- Advocate for policyholders by understanding their unique needs and addressing concerns promptly
- Handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and process transactions while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
- Experience with life insurance and/or annuities products preferred
- Bilingual, Spanish-English, is a plus
- Successfully complete regulatory and job training requirements
