Service Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure exceptional operational and financial performance for key service accounts, the full-time Service Program Manager will lead the deployment of effective processes and technology, manage stakeholder communications, and oversee project coordination while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the service request process for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless event management
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of service activities and expectations
• Monitor program metrics and facilitate corrective actions to align performance with expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience
• Experience with service operations in complex healthcare systems
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ISO 9001 or 13485 standards
• Experience managing customer and supplier relationships, preferably in operational strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
