Job Summary
To ensure the smooth execution of service projects related to low and medium voltage power distribution equipment, the full-time Service Project Coordinator will manage project planning, resource allocation, client communication, and order execution while working remotely or onsite in Wendell, NC.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the service team to plan and schedule service projects, ensuring clear timelines and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Act as the primary client contact, providing updates on project status and managing invoicing and financial oversight within SAP
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in electrical engineering or power distribution
- Familiarity with low and medium voltage power distribution equipment and systems
- Proficiency in SAP ERP system, specifically in order entry and invoicing modules
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
