Service Provider Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Provider Compliance Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service provider-related operational issues across assigned regions or trades
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service providers and conduct routine audits to verify delivery against service expectations
• Maintain strong working relationships with assigned service providers and conduct structured performance check-ins

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in service provider management, facilities operations, or service delivery oversight
• Demonstrated ability to use data and field insight to drive service performance and accountability
• Familiarity with enterprise systems used in service operations (e.g., CMMS, ERP, workflow platforms)
