Service Provider Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day execution of the third-party service provider network, the full-time remote Service Provider Compliance Specialist will ensure timely and high-quality service delivery while monitoring provider performance and compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for operational issues related to service providers across assigned regions
• Coordinate with account operations teams to resolve service delivery and compliance concerns
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct routine audits to ensure adherence to service expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in service provider management or service delivery oversight
• Ability to use data and field insights to drive service performance
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with enterprise systems used in service operations (e.g., CMMS, ERP)
