Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Network Enhancement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee business to business recruiting initiatives to develop relationships with independent contractors
  • Monitor and manage regional service request queue to ensure timely processing of requests
  • Contact prospective leads to educate and qualify them on membership requirements


Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma and AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior credentialing and/or contractor enrollment experience is a plus
  • 3+ years of administrative duties experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 5+ years in sales and/or recruiting position with cold-calling experience is required
