Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Network Enhancement Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business to business recruiting initiatives to develop relationships with independent contractors
- Monitor and manage regional service request queue to ensure timely processing of requests
- Contact prospective leads to educate and qualify them on membership requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma and AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior credentialing and/or contractor enrollment experience is a plus
- 3+ years of administrative duties experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- 5+ years in sales and/or recruiting position with cold-calling experience is required
