Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Network Enhancement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the regional service request queue to ensure timely processing of requests
  • Evaluate contractor applications for compliance with licensing standards and maintain accurate enrollment files
  • Contact and educate prospective service providers about membership benefits and manage the enrollment process
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma and an AA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in credentialing and/or contractor enrollment is a plus
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 5+ years in sales and/or recruiting with cold-calling experience required
