Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Provider Risk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify state licensing, perform risk checks, and make approval decisions for service providers
- Provide technical support to service providers and review loan documents for accuracy
- Ensure appraiser and appraisal management company information is accurate in the system
Required Qualifications:
- Mortgage industry experience preferred
- Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Efficient with the ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving abilities and good judgment
