Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Quality Coordinator for their Faculty Practice Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient complaint process and follow-up
  • Coordinate reward and recognition program
  • Assist with policy revisions, operational reports, and customer service classes

Required Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years' experience in the healthcare field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
