Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Readiness Lead to support a project implementing new time and attendance technology across the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities within the end-to-end Service Delivery project plan and provide status updates
- Oversee the creation and integration of process documentation, ensuring stakeholder review and approval
- Manage service rehearsal testing and collaborate with learning leads on training content for HR service delivery roles
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Shared Services, focused on service delivery
- Experience in process documentation creation, including SOPs and training content
- Familiarity with contact centers (internal or 3rd party) is preferred
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and manage stakeholder engagement
- Technical aptitude with various systems and experience in project management is a plus
