Service Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter, Service to support its Service companies in the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for various roles within the Service Division
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and make data-supported hiring decisions
• Collaborate with local HR and the Talent team on projects and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in HVAC, manufacturing, or construction
• Proficiency in using an Application Tracking System, with Greenhouse or Workday preferred
• Ability to work CST or EST hours
• Experience in a collaborative team-oriented environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
