Service Release Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising the transfer of residential mortgage servicing rights, the full-time remote Service Release Supervisor will manage project coordination, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and oversee the onboarding of loans into the servicing system.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise project activities and ensure compliance with CMS policies and executed contracts related to servicing transfers
• Monitor service transfer processes to guarantee quality and timely loan boarding while maintaining communication with clients and vendors
• Develop departmental policies and training guidelines in collaboration with senior management to enhance operational quality and productivity

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Two to four years of escrow and mortgage experience
• A minimum of one year of prior loan boarding and acquisition experience
• A minimum of one year of experience with data analytics and data mapping
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages, including FiServ/LoanServ and Microsoft Office Suite
