Service Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Reliability Engineer II (Claims Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability and performance of a mission-critical claims platform during its build and scale
• Proactively measure, monitor, and optimize system health to prevent issues in Claims Operations
• Provide operational ownership across complex, multi-team systems and automate sustainable systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline preferred
• 3-5+ years supporting production systems with incident response and operational ownership
• Strong SQL / Microsoft SQL Server experience, including performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Experience with monitoring metrics and application signals for performance detection
• Proven collaboration in Agile delivery with development and QA teams
