Job Summary
To support the Service Portfolio Management team, the full-time remote Service Renewals Specialist will manage assigned accounts to ensure timely renewal execution and oversee the renewal process while responding to customer inquiries and identifying improvement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned accounts to promote timely renewal execution and respond to customer inquiries related to service renewals
- Develop understanding of service renewals business practices and assist with contract coverage and data needed for renewals
- Proactively communicate potential issues affecting renewal closures and identify new purchase opportunities for Sales
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of prior work history in a customer-facing role
- Experience in customer service, support, sales, or account relationship management
- Familiarity with service, selling, or support tools and technologies, including MS Office/Office 365 and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
