Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Representative to work remotely in customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve inquiries from customers and channel partners regarding finance products
- Document interactions and provide history for issue resolution
- Onboard and train new merchants while offering proactive services to existing customers
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a call queue environment
- Experience using multiple computer resources for information gathering and issue resolution
- Experience with technical online troubleshooting
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
- Ability to work in a remote team environment
