Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Representative to work remotely in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve inquiries from customers and channel partners regarding finance products
  • Document interactions and provide history for issue resolution
  • Onboard and train new merchants while offering proactive services to existing customers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a call queue environment
  • Experience using multiple computer resources for information gathering and issue resolution
  • Experience with technical online troubleshooting
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Ability to work in a remote team environment
