Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Representative to work remotely in the Contact Center for financial inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve inquiries from customers and channel partners regarding finance products
  • Document interactions and onboard/train new merchants while offering proactive services and solutions
  • Troubleshoot customer issues on websites and systems, tracking trends for process improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Experience in a call queue environment
  • Ability to use multiple computer resources for information gathering and issue resolution
  • Experience with technical online troubleshooting
  • Customer service experience in a financial environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
