Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Representative to work remotely in the Contact Center for financial inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve inquiries from customers and channel partners regarding finance products
- Document interactions and onboard/train new merchants while offering proactive services and solutions
- Troubleshoot customer issues on websites and systems, tracking trends for process improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience in a call queue environment
- Ability to use multiple computer resources for information gathering and issue resolution
- Experience with technical online troubleshooting
- Customer service experience in a financial environment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
