Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Request Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit MACD requests and vendor orders for equipment
• Update system assets and assist with mobile phone activation
• Monitor vendor responses and manage the ServiceNow ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience with a mobile carrier preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
