Job Summary

Supporting Facilities Operations, the remote Service Response Coordinator will manage service technician dispatch for maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming inquiries regarding service maintenance and repair requests through various communication channels
  • Dispatch service technicians/vendors promptly and communicate necessary information for effective service delivery
  • Monitor and document the progression of work orders while following up to ensure service completion and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in a service dispatch or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience in maintenance or manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks based on urgency
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for enhancing the client experience
  • Dependable with a strong attendance record and availability for a rotational after-hours on-call schedule
