Service Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Revenue Accountant for a 6-month remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and set up new service contracts in the ERP system (SAP) and prepare SOX documentation
• Create service revenue amortization schedules and perform revenue analysis and reconciliation
• Execute monthly close cycles, prepare SEC schedules for 10K reporting, and assist with audit testing

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a service revenue role
• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and SOX compliance
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Authorization to work in the country of application on a permanent basis without sponsorship
