Job Summary

Driving revenue growth through customer engagement, the hybrid Service Sales Executive will sell service contracts and training, renew agreements, and identify new sales opportunities while collaborating with sales and technical teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Sell service contracts and customer training to existing and prospective customers
  • Renew service agreements and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Manage sales opportunities through CRM tools and maintain strong customer relationships
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in B2B internal sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment
  • Experience in selling service-based solutions or contracts
  • Confidence in communicating with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with a focus on data accuracy
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
