Job Summary
Service Scheduler, this full-time position involves coordinating and optimizing schedules for Field Service Engineers to ensure efficient service delivery while balancing customer needs and workforce availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign work orders to Field Service Engineers based on scope and required skill sets
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align resources and priorities for service delivery
- Monitor scheduling exceptions and adjust assignments to meet timelines and service demands
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or project coordination
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating schedules or resources across multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
