Job Summary

Service Scheduler, this full-time position involves coordinating and optimizing schedules for Field Service Engineers to ensure efficient service delivery while balancing customer needs and workforce availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign work orders to Field Service Engineers based on scope and required skill sets
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align resources and priorities for service delivery
  • Monitor scheduling exceptions and adjust assignments to meet timelines and service demands
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or project coordination
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating schedules or resources across multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
