Job Summary

Working remotely with a preference for West Coast hours, the full-time Service Scheduler will coordinate and optimize schedules for Field Service Engineers, balancing customer needs and workforce availability to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and assigning work orders to Field Service Engineers based on scope and required skill sets
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to align resources and priorities for service delivery
  • Monitoring scheduling exceptions and adjusting assignments to meet service demands and timelines
Required qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or project coordination
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and relationship-building in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating schedules, projects, or resources across multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
