Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Scheduling Coordinator to support customers by coordinating service schedules and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling of routine maintenance and emergency service repairs with customers
  • Review accounts based on trouble notifications and provide technical support to resolve issues
  • Support field service technicians and discuss referral programs and new products with customers
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant customer service and scheduling experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
  • Proficient in company-specific monitoring center software for CRM and scheduling
  • Basic technical ability to understand and explain necessary steps to customers
  • Must complete ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
