Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Scheduling Coordinator to manage customer service and scheduling tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and emergency service repairs for residential and commercial clients
  • Monitor and respond to team communications while managing service requests and technician schedules
  • Collaborate with internal departments and support branch operations teams
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant customer service and scheduling experience
  • Ability to become proficient in company-specific monitoring center software for CRM and scheduling
  • Basic technical ability to understand and explain necessary steps to customers
  • Must complete ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
  • Able to work from home without distraction using company-provided equipment
