Service Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Solution Architect to lead the design and improvement of service solutions in a presales-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery engagements to define service solutions, ensuring technical robustness and operational deliverability
• Develop service cost models and manage contractual responsibilities, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
• Support complex service-led opportunities and coordinate cross-functional inputs for RFI/RFP responses

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in AV, Unified Communications, or technology services environments
• Experience designing managed services solutions and lifecycle support models
• Knowledge of pricing structures and commercial considerations for managed services
• Familiarity with Unified Communications environments and enterprise collaboration ecosystems
• Experience contributing to SLA definitions and supporting solution documentation
