Job Summary

Service Specialist, a temporary full-time position responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through various communication channels, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support for product-related questions and service requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication platforms in a timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within internal systems
Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in answering frontline calls and emails
