Job Summary
Service Specialist, a temporary full-time position responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through various communication channels, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support for product-related questions and service requests
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication platforms in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately within internal systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in answering frontline calls and emails
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to work independently while meeting SLAs/KPIs
