Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Specialist - Training and Incident Response.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case management and full-cycle case fulfillment for client organizational service requests
- Assist in the recruitment process for behavioral health providers and maintain provider relationships
- Document case management activities and ensure accurate data entry for reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; BA/BS degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Smartsheet programs
- Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must have a reliable internet connection
