Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Specialist - Training and Incident Response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide case management and full-cycle case fulfillment for client organizational service requests
  • Assist in the recruitment process for behavioral health providers and maintain provider relationships
  • Document case management activities and ensure accurate data entry for reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; BA/BS degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Smartsheet programs
  • Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must have a reliable internet connection
