Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Specialist - Training and Incident Response to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client organizational service requests and document case management activities
- Assist in the recruitment process and maintain provider relationships
- Respond to after-hours Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) calls and coordinate necessary services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred in relevant fields
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Smartsheet programs
- Professional call center/scheduling experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Must have a reliable internet connection
