Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Specialist - Training and Incident Response to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client organizational service requests and document case management activities
  • Assist in the recruitment process and maintain provider relationships
  • Respond to after-hours Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) calls and coordinate necessary services
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred in relevant fields
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Smartsheet programs
  • Professional call center/scheduling experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must have a reliable internet connection
