Service Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction by executing commitments on maintenance and service agreements
• Manage resources, costs, safety, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction in service delivery
• Supervise Service Coordinators and Program Administrators in service delivery and onboarding new customers

Required Qualifications and Education

• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of field service, project management, or relevant engineering experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries is a plus
• Advanced financial analytical skills, including cost control
