Job Summary

Service Supervisor, responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and managing service delivery in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by executing commitments on maintenance and service agreements
  • Supervise Service Coordinators and Program Administrators in service delivery
  • Support onboarding of new customers and manage resources, costs, and quality assurance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of field service, project management, or relevant engineering experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries is a plus
  • Advanced financial analytical skills, including cost control
