Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Support Representative responsible for various administrative tasks including application and claims processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Process applications, enrollments, and claims accurately by knowing insurance plan details
- Meet departmental goals by completing daily tasks within guidelines and collaborating with the sales team or insurance carrier as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including printing issue packets and processing carrier decision files
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of related operations experience or equivalent education and experience
- Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain organization while prioritizing multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction within the organization
