Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Support Representative responsible for various administrative tasks including application and claims processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process applications, enrollments, and claims accurately by knowing insurance plan details
  • Meet departmental goals by completing daily tasks within guidelines and collaborating with the sales team or insurance carrier as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including printing issue packets and processing carrier decision files
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of related operations experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain organization while prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction within the organization
