Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Service Support Representative will manage application and claims processing, handle incoming mail, and assist with administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with insurance plan details.

Key responsibilities
  • Process applications and claims accurately by understanding insurance plan details and eligibility
  • Meet departmental goals by completing daily tasks within guidelines and collaborating with the sales team or insurance carriers as needed
  • Assist in printing issue packets for new business and manage outgoing mail to the mailroom daily
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 1 year of related operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with basic PC skills including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
