Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Service Support Representative will manage application and claims processing, handle incoming mail, and assist with administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with insurance plan details.
Key responsibilities
- Process applications and claims accurately by understanding insurance plan details and eligibility
- Meet departmental goals by completing daily tasks within guidelines and collaborating with the sales team or insurance carriers as needed
- Assist in printing issue packets for new business and manage outgoing mail to the mailroom daily
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year of related operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with basic PC skills including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
