Job Summary
To support a high-profile government contract, the full-time hourly Service Support Representative will manage ticket statuses, review customer documents for accuracy, and provide troubleshooting support while working remotely and being available for late afternoon and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Process requests and inquiries from stakeholders via various communication channels in a timely manner
- Update the ticketing system according to contract requirements and validate reports for accuracy
- Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through professional support
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in a service support role
- Experience with ticketing systems and validating tickets for quality metrics
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight support and holidays
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
