Service Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Technician I to configure, test, and deploy advanced telecommunication equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Staging and configuring servers, switches, and firewalls
• Programming and debugging scripts to enable staging operations
• Communicating and collaborating with the development organization on issues and progress

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in setting up/configuring Windows computers, servers, and networking devices
• Moderate skills in Windows/Google and ability to read build and configuration documentation
• Knowledge of scripting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Willingness to work 40 hours plus, including weekends, and rotate between various positions as needed
