Service Technician

Job Summary

To support clients in the M lardalen region, the full-time Service Technician will independently manage service assignments, perform troubleshooting and repairs on automatic entrance solutions, and maintain customer relationships while working remotely from rebro.

Key responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute service assignments
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on automatic entrance solutions
• Document and report completed work in internal systems and to customers

Required qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanics and low current systems; experience in troubleshooting and repairs is a plus
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, with basic English skills
• Valid B driver's license is required
• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., MS Office); knowledge of planning tools like FMP360 is advantageous
• Strong understanding of the company's products, market, and competitors
