Service Technician

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Service Technician, the role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing automatic entrance systems at customer locations, while also managing customer relationships and collaborating with experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute service tasks
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on automatic entrance solutions
• Document and report completed work in internal systems and to customers

Required qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanics and low voltage systems; experience in troubleshooting and repairs is a plus
• Fluent in Swedish and basic English skills
• Valid B driver's license is required
• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., MS Office) and planning tools like FMP360 is advantageous
• Understanding of company products, market, and competitors is essential
