Service Technician Dispatcher

Job Summary

Utilizing a work order management system, the full-time Service Technician Dispatcher will effectively schedule and dispatch internal service technicians, manage customer communications, and ensure timely completion of service requests in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Providing daily updates on open work orders via customer portal and email
• Managing and dispatching service technicians or subcontractors based on customer requests and technician availability
• Resolving billing discrepancies and interfacing with internal account management and finance teams

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience coordinating service technicians or crews is a plus
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Experience using work order management systems is a plus
• Routing experience and familiarity with trades, facilities, or property management is a plus
