Service Technician II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Technician II responsible for maintaining and repairing copier equipment at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance and repair issues at client locations
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock
• Complete technical training on new equipment and maintain compliance with documentation and service procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred experience with Sharp, Canon, HP, and/or Konica direct service
• Valid Driver's License and proof of personal insurance with an acceptable driving record
