Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Technician II responsible for maintaining and repairing copier equipment at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve maintenance and repair issues at client locations
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock
- Complete technical training on new equipment and maintain compliance with documentation and service procedures
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred experience with Sharp, Canon, HP, and/or Konica direct service
- Valid Driver's License and proof of personal insurance with an acceptable driving record
